No matter how I try and access the group manager, I get:

FATAL ERROR: inconsistent number of values inside a select

I've copied the default template php files over from a copy of FUD that works and it didn't help.

I forgot to mention that this wasn't on install. It was working fine and I added 20 or so groups fine, but when I went back to it later, I got this error.

I upgraded from 2.6.1 to 2.6.5 with no change and mysql 4.30-max

I finally figured it out. I had accidentally entered a new line character into one of my group names. when I took that out it worked fine again.
