would it be possible that you somehow indicate in the title when a release contains security related fixes in the "FUDforum announcement"-forum?

no, but the thing is that you produce a lot of releases, wich is great of course, but way to many to keep up with...

so it would be comfortable for me, and i suspect most people, to be able to quickly assess if there is an important release, without having to read through all the latest, say, 20 announcements in order to figure that out.

maybe a "security announce mailinglist" would be even more appropriate. many other projects have them.

Given that there is a security announcement once every 2 years, (that's how long has passed since a last security was needed). I don't see this as much of an issue.
