I need good science icons for my fudforum : math, chemistry, fluid mechanics, etc.

Anyone knows a good collection of free science icons ?

I know this post is ancient, but thought that someone still might find these useful. Its a completely free collection of over 1000 science/nature/ecology symbols in Illustrator symbol format.

They are good quality indeed, thanks for the link.

I still miss a "math" icon... I guess I'll just typeset a beautiful formula with TeX and screengrab it... How about the value of zeta(2) ? Smile

Hi All,

Just wanted to let you know that we have just updated the libraries. They now contain 1500+ (~500 additional) symbols in 32 libraries. They remain completely cost and royalty free for all users. We have also added an EPS version for users with Illustrator 9 or less. For more details, please visit our website at http://ian.umces.edu/symbols

We are now up to 2500+ symbols, with custom search and download options, including single image downloads, SVG, AI and PNG formats. Also a free online vector editor to use the symbols directly.
