I know its only a RC, but I tried it anyway (on Sourceforge.net).

I ran install.php and it returned the following straight away

Fatal error: Call to undefined function: php_version() in /home/groups/t/ta/talon/htdocs/install.php on line 189

I guess they're not on the best version of PHP, but I'd expect the php_version call to be present. Anyway, something for the FAQ at the least.
