I have been looking through the manual and some of the template
files to determine how/if it is possible to specify the target
window of a file attachment link. I would assume this would work
much like specifying the target window of an HTML link, but I
have not been able to determine where this would be set. Can you
tell me if it is possible and which template I would need to adjust to
make it happen? Thanks for your help!!!

Yes I finally found where to make this edit, shortly
after I posted my question. it was a pretty easy edit
