I rebuilt my theme (default Fud theme), this changed all the default image file permissions from 666 to 600??? I wonder why??

That is correct. My forum was locked when I tried to run the theme rebuild feature. I will unlock it and run it again.

I still have some quirks in my board that I am trying to work out.
