Can we change the color of only certain members' usernames as it appears besides posts?
<---- (I'm talking about the username right here.) Can we make the admins a certain color, and mods another, etc?

Not without changing the source code. The custom color option only affect the login name displayes on the online today, actions & currently online lists.
