You've probably denied access to all the forums inside that category and if category has no visible forums in it, it will not be displayed.

You need to edit the permissions you've changed and grant the appropriate permissions to the forums inside that category.

I saw the forum and cannot see an obvious problem. However you are running an old beta, upgrade to RC5 and then if the problem persists we can try to see why it does.

What sort of anonymous access are you trying to provide?

Sorry for bothering you again, but, prottoss, I still can't grant anonymous access. You sad that everything looks OK, so what might prevent me to succeed? Could it be something that happened to my Db? What should I do?
Help, please!

No, I succeeded with anonymous access, but I still have a strange associations between forums and groups: some groups are refer to a non existing (deleted) forums, other are correct. And I failed to find any way to edit the relationships.

If you run the consistency check it will in most cases delete useless groups. If you cannot, then just delete the groups manually.

I ran consistancy check couple of times, it didn't help. I still have two forums (as you can see) and 4 groups (not counting Globals ...).
Oh my ... while writing the post I decided to check one more time ... and it strikes me that though I've deleted some forums, I didn't delete them from "Deleted" And after I've accomplished that simple, but not obvious (at least for me) task everything gets correct w/o additional consistency check.
Thank you, prottoss, for pushing me to the right direction.
