There's a few people that like to register fake names and cause problems. Does anyone have tips on identifying the real identities of these people? Of course, we can do a "who is" on their IP address. But what from there? Is there a way to see exactly who is registered to a certain IP, or any more information beyond who their internet provider is?
Any tips would be appreciated.
Thanks!

When you have the IP and the ISP the next step is to contact the ISP of the offender and try to either have them investigate the problem or allow you to contact the member. The latter you will find very rarely.
Occasionaly entering the user's e-mail into a search engine such as google may reveal more information about the user such as their website, real name and even address.
