All posts and PM's are not working... [message #12283]

Just upgraded to 2.5.2 from 2.5.1, all was working fine for about 12hours.
I deleted someones post and then all the other messages in the forum where mixed up.
I then tried to rebuild them by using the Forum Consistency Rebuild Search Index and Compact Messages but that just made it worse.
Now all the posts display No Message Body and Private Messages are mixed up with other peoples.

In the messages folder 2 extra files have appeared "private_temp" and "tmp_msg_10000001"

As im going on holiday tomorrow I have installed a backup of the forum. Unfortunatly I have lost nearly a month Crying or Very Sad

The problem you've described sounds like a problem with the compator I'll need to check on it. Could you describe in detail the sort of problems you've encountered after deleting a message?
