Don't have a conversion script for that yet. However if you send me a datadump I could write a conversion script pretty quickly (within a few days).
You are more the welcome to distribute FUDforum with phpdev.

I don't use it, but I know cpanel uses phpMyAdmin, which has a pretty good documentation. Go to their site or search on google on how to get a data dump (backup) of a database.

You want:
"Complete inserts" adds the column names on every INSERT command, for better documentation (but resulting file is bigger).
"Extended inserts" provides a shorter dump file by using only once the INSERT verb and the table name.
Compression; (if possible set to something, output will be smaller)
SQL (I think it'll export it as SQL)
