I have a problem on Page 2 of my installation.

I downloaded FudForum v2.5.2:

I got these error messages:

Warning: mysql_connect() [function.mysql-connect]: Can't connect to MySQL server on '208.170.149.188' (10060) in E:\home\Default\SeraphSphere.com\htdocs\waterloo\install.php on line 72

Warning: mysql_select_db(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in E:\home\Default\SeraphSphere.com\htdocs\waterloo\install.php on line 76

Warning: mysql_query(): supplied argument is not a valid MySQL-Link resource in E:\home\Default\SeraphSphere.com\htdocs\waterloo\install.php on line 110

I'm a total newbie and I know nothing about mySQL or PHP but yeah, if anyone can help me out that'd be great.
