reset password not working [message #12509]

When I try to reset my password I get an email with login and password fields empty. I made sure it worked on this forum and everything was fine. We have recently upgraded to 2.5.2. Any ideas?

I've tried on my demo forum (and you can try it on this forum) and the code appears to be working properly. Try resetting the password once more to make sure this is not some random blooper.

I have tried it 6+ times over multiple days and it keeps happening. I have also had 10 people report problems with it over the last week.

Hm... I absolutely cannot replicate it... Have you made any modifications to the translation or the templates? Did the problem start happening after a particular action?

The only thing we changed was updating from 2.3.8 to 2.5.2.

The registration confirmation is broken too.

Is there a common thread here that might cause both to be broken? Could it be our settings?
