I downloaded the install files today and there is definitely something wrong with them. I've tried two decompression utilities and neither one is capable of unzipping the files. I noted a couple other problems on the board relating to the latest install, maybe they only had partial decompression and files are missing and/or corrupt in those.

What zip utility was used to compress them?

I'm using a windows system.
