The SECOND user delete I attempt results in this :

Warning: mysql_fetch_row(): 5 is not a valid MySQL result resource in /var/www/html/forum/include/theme/default/db.inc on line 240

Running 2.5.2

What do you mean by 'SECOND'? Are you trying to delete the same user twice?

How many users do you have in your forum?
Does this only happen if you try to delete 2 users in a row?

I have 230 users.

And it now happens EVERY time I try to delete a user.

OK, if I delete the user from the Moderator/User option, it fails on the SECOND delete, AFTER the confirmation.

rom the "Members" option, it fails on the FIRST delete, also after the confirmation.

You have a file called users_adm.inc inside the include/ directory. Inside file there is a function called usr_delete() add some debug statments to that functions and see where does the error occur.
