I have tryed to post in fud 2.5.3 as anonimous and i get a message saying that anonimous could not post.

I look at the database and find that the table group_members has that fields so y update all of the records in up_POST='Y'
with
update fud253_group_members set up_POST='Y';

But anonimous users can´t post in forums. Is anything more need to make?.

I add a screen capture of group manager.

Are you creating a new topic or replying to one? if you are replying to a topic, you need to grant anonymous users reply permission.

It was creating posts, but today looks as it works.
