2.5.3RC3 Serious forum order bug [message #13374]

This is an update to this bug.

If I edit any property for the forum and click the Update Forum button, the changes are applied, but the forum gets moved to the top position of the category.

Any other forums that are Updated get moved to the top of the forum. Also, they seem to be grouped together for the purposes of changing their position! Here is a screen shot after I click the Change link on one of the recently updated forums!

Clicking on any of the Place Here links moves the whole group.

I have run Consistancy Checker. No go.
