This is probably reported allready but I don't have time to read all.

If a user is registered with an alias like [Me]MyAlias and you try to quote that persons message you get a fucked up quote.

Is there a fix for this in the newer version of FUD?
Are you going to fix it somehow?

Using: FUDforum 2.3.2

This is one of the things that is nearly impossible to fix. The reason for this is that even if I were to encode the user's name, the browser would decode it on POST submission Sad.

The real fix would be to disallow ] character inside names, since it is this character which causes a problem.

There is another problem, which appears when you're using a [ and qouting someone who's used a [ before. Look below.

There is another problem, which appears when you're using a [ and qouting someone who's used a [ before.

Notice that I changed the ] to a [ in my qoute! Otherwise everything's the same as previous reply.
