The forum doesn't escape HTML properly in the make list preview. I doubt this could be exploited, but it is slightly annoying if I want to have a list with < and > characters in it.

The list is created correctly, it's just that < and > characters won't show up correctly in the preview.

One other thing.

I think this bug was fixed in a 2.5.0RCx(or is my memory bad?), but the behavior seems to have reverted back to the broken behavior.

Using a ' character in the message editor(particularly, the forum_rules thing), causes the forum to break, and in my case, the msg file to become slightly corrupted, requiring a manual fix.

The list maker bug has been fixed. The usage of ' inside templates and messages is NOT recommended and will cause a problem. You should instead use the equivalent htmlentity ' instead of the ' character.
