and one more problem then attaching picture and inserting into body (same you can see above) id=xxx0 from nowhere in code inserting 0 as final id number.

To increase the row height in topic listing you need to edit thread.tmpl

Look inside theme/default/tmpl/ directory, which is inside DATA_DIR as defined by GLOBALS.php

There is no such option, you need to add height="number of pixels" ot use style="height: Npx;" inside the <td> tag who's height you want to increase.
