Yes, this appears to be a bug. The fix (at least in 2.6.0RC3) was to add
<?php
if (!$suf) {

$suf = '/';
        }
?>

Before ceil() function calls.

The large number of guests usually means that there is a proxy or a search engine actively parsing your site.

Is this what I do not understand , who is parsing my site and how?
Look my host is complaintning because I over the bandwidth limited I do not know how but it happened a week ago , they cleaning out and I already on top of Bandwidth Used 1400.61 MB ,take a look:

Space Used 197.23 MB
Space Available 702.77 MB
Bandwidth Used 1400.61 MB
SQL Disk Usage 11.31 MB

I means is something weird
This is the limite I have in that host:

900MB disk space
25GB (25,000MB) monthly data transfer

Take a look @ your access logs (for your webserver) and you'll know how exactly was parsing your site.

Perhaps it would be a good idea if FUDForum came with a robots.txt file set to prevent major search engines from grabbing every page.

Bad idea, some people want their forums to be indexed, people should add robots.txt themselves.
