I had a user complain to me that he could not find the UK timezone in the profile. I couldn't find it wither. Are we missing something obvious?

There are 3 British timezones, however they are a little difficult to find. I must admit it took me a few minutes myself.

The timezone are:
Britain (UK)/Belfast Northern Ireland
Britain (UK)/London Great Britain
British Indian Ocean Territory/Chagos
