Sorted out most of the problems with our recent upgrade to v2.5.2 but not constantly get this SQL error message:

These build up and eventually no users can post replies or new threads and the forum speed grinds to a halt. It's definitely not a server problem.
If anyone could explain how to correct this error we'd be most grateful as, other than that, everything's now running great
