The thread is show in flat mode. The messages is show in tree mode. If to press the link "first unread message in a thread" that there is a transition to last unread message and all marks about that that messages in a theme not read are removed

When you go to a message all messages in that topic who's timestamp is < then that of the message you are currently viewing are marked read.

Yes, I understand it. But why it passes to last message instead of the first?

Forum view settings in my profile is "Flat topic listing/tree message listing"

Each topic with replies has arrow with "Goto to the first unread message in the topic" link. Then I press to the this arrow, browser go to the last unread message in the topic.

This bug appear in 2.5.2 version of forum and has remaining in 2.6.0RCx.
