Hi - I'm running 2.6.0 RC 5, and it appears that inactive members, who have registered and verified their account, and entered a profile, but have not posted at all, are removed after a few weeks.

Is this intentional? I did not see any kind of option for this in the administrative panel.

Only if they did not verify their accounts are they removed.

These members have definitely verified their accounts. This has happened with two different people. The only common factor I can think of is that they never made any posts.

After verification, they uploaded custom avatars, which I remember seeing. This doesn't happen unless they have verified the account, right?

Both of their accounts are now gone. I am the administrator, and did not remove them, and neither did either of them.

Might this be a bug?

I will definately check the source code, but this seems unlikely since on this forum we've got users who had registered but never posted in several months. If the bug were true, no accounts older then 7 days (my Unconfirmed User Expiry limit) with 0 posts would exist. Btw if you are using older RC of 2.6.0 I'd definately recommend upgrading.

Hmm, you're right there was infact a bug with this code. It is fixed in CVS, I will be releasing RC9 on monday which will resolve this problem.
