Our administrators have a problem changing settings in the Admin control panel -> General Management -> Global settings manager

When changing a setting ( like; switching New Account Moderation to YES ) and confirming it with the SET button, it will not stick after leaving the admin control panel.

The error log viewer gives the following: Query: Initiating mysql_connect_GET: array ( 't' => 'index', 'S' => '6bd12005617b9792285578c613e5c610', ) Server Version: Unknown

The problem is limited to this part of the admin control panel.
How to solve this problem?

I'm unable to simulate the problem on my forum.

Please confirm that your MySQL connect settings are correct in your GLOBALS.php file.

As a last resort you can manually update settings in your GLOBALS.php file.
