This is probably a really simple fix, I just cannot find it. Forum work fine on the server. (Linux 9, apache 2.X) But, accessing the forum from outside the server such as from a machine on our network, none of the forum's pictures will load. (Not pictures in posts, ALL pics). I see the problem, the pics are trying to load from "http://localhost/FUDforum/themes/...". Text and links load fine. I went into the administration page and changes the URl from localhost to linux03 and set it. I also chmod -R 777 on all forum directories but still they are set to load from http://localhost...
Please advise where I can change the option, or do I need to run the forum setup again?
Thank you all very much for your help,
Steve Heidrich

That's because when you installed the server you specified the forum url as http://localhost/something. When you access data from the other machines the server name is different, the compiled templates have hardcoded URLs for images etc...
To fix this simply change the domain of the forum in the admin control panel and rebuild the theme.

This is not a bug. The forum automatically appends the forum's domain as set by you during installation (can be changed by modifying WWW Root on the admin control panel.
If you intend to use the forum from both local & remote machine, use http://www.mydomain.com/ and make sure you local machine can resolve www.mydomain.com correctly.
