I discovered some problems in the German translation. E.g with the 'ß' char and with some other characters which were inserted in an not UTF-8 compliant mode I guess.

I fixed the Problems want to hand it back to the community now.
I discovered that the CVS version has already some more changes so I merged the CVS changes into my version already.

Attached is the new version of the file.
