PS: If you want to make the theme smaller and easier to upgrade in future you need to remove all files that you haven't modified from it.

That's a bit of alright; I tried it on my test site and like how you used the background images to enhance it.

I also like having the user control panel centered rather than aligned to the right.

Overall it's pretty interesting for a dark theme and quite legible.

I would recommend though that you change the color for .al on line 612 of the CSS from #000 to something a bit more legible like #686868 I tried it and it worked better for me.

As it is the time to generate in the legend, the topic name in the user menu along with the separators are virtually invisible since the black blends in with the background (I had to squint to read them even though I knew they were there but then I'm old and don't see well).

At least I thought enough of it to add it to my collection, I would also suggest that you add it to the theme gallery that naudefj is putting together (you might want to use generic background images for that though and keep yours just for you).

P.S.
Regarding the buttons what help do you need? There is already a small selection of different buttons made (some for Russian) posted under icons http://fudforum.org/forum/index.php?t=msg&th=118534&start=0&

I used the burnt orange for my test, since I don't speak Russian I didn't use yours, but if you can give me an idea of what you want I may be able too help.

Do you mean the standard FUDforum buttons without text?

No text is easy, simply open the standard buttons with Paint, and erase the text then save them and upload them to your theme.

But you will still have blue and white buttons on an orange and dark theme, with just the icons is that what you really want?

Or are you thinking something more specific?

I have the templates, and can make them I just thought you would want buttons to match your theme.

It seems like the template is really good looking. the orange and the black color contrast each other so it looks really nice, like some website that is a Halloween templates...
