FudForum is configured to receive emails from an email group list. Some mails take up the full width of the board while others have more narrow formatting. Is there any way to make it so that all mails take up the full width of the board?

I don't think it's FUDforum's fault, but rather how the different mail clients format the mail.

Try to set word wrapping 78 to see if it helps.
