How do I change the mime file, I mean that hold 2 mb or so?

If you are talking about file attachments, then you first need to increase PHP's maximum file attachment limit and then increase the per-forum attachment limit via the forum manager.

No , no , I mean not how many file attach , the file I wont to attach is a song more than 2 kb

I know. the same place you define the maximum number of file attachments is also where you specify the attachment size.

Max Attachment Size:
Your php's maximum file upload size is 2048 KB.
You cannot set the forum's attachment size limit higher than that.
Can I go with over the maximun?

You need to change the PHP's maximum upload limit via PHP.ini.
