I have a template set called Foo, and a theme called English that is based upon Foo. I want to change the images for the theme. I would expect that if I changed the files in:

data/thm/Foo/i18n/english/img

it would carry over when I Rebuild. However, I have verified that instead it's using the files in:

data/thm/default/i18n/english/img

Everything else carries over for the template from the Foo directory, just not the language-specific images.
