I mean: CATEGORY/FORUM/TOPPIC-LINK for version 2.5.0/2.6.0

I tried to edit forum.css.tmpl but I didn’t get what I want.
I want :
1. to increase the font size of this row only : [category/FORUM] respectively [category/FORUM/topic]
2. or to put a separate FORUM-NAME on the top of page (font size 24 or so)
It would be very kind of you if you could tell me: Is it possible, and how to do this)
(for version 2.6.0)
