I have the Mailing list syncing well to my forums.

However many of the mailing list folk are working in the NHS and are obliged to add this sig block to their posts (Actually added automagically for them) Is there a way of deleting the block, I can't find a way via replacement or content munging that works so far (Newbie at that part!) but thats my incompetence probably.

Sometimes it is quoted text in replies which complicates things further.

Many thanks

Well, based on he example provided in the documentation, I would try something like this:

Replace Mask: "/*******.*$/"
Replace With: " "

If I try that (which I did more or less already) I get an entry on the forum with "no message body" and nothing else. I suspect the * entries act as wildcards and delete anything and everything. Perhaps they need escaping or something. Its a little beyond me at the moment, except to say it currently deletes everything, and I am away for a few days so look forward to any advice but not around to try it out immediately.

Try /\*\*\*\*\*\*\*.*$/
