There is a good proposal from one of our board members: Stopping trolls by using the ignore list.

We all know this kind of lovely people posting nonsense but not really infringing the board rules which would allow to kick them off.

So the idea is to give users the right to disallow certain people to reply to onw new threads. So if a someone on the ignore - list of a user wants to reply to a thread opened by this user would be not to allowed to do this.

Technically this would mean:
- a general config variable in the topic section whether this feature is available
- a user config variable in the user profile whether this feature is activated, to be changed by user
- a check when posting whether
a) this feateure is activated in general,
b) the thread opener has activated it
c) the poster is on the ignore list of the thread opener (unless it is an admin or mod)

I think I can to this (maybe with some help), but as it is some deeper form of changes it would only make sense if this feature would be included in future releases
