A while back we joked about an appropriate title for a FUDforum book. We pondered about names like "FUDforum, the definitive guide", "Building Online Communities with FUDforum" and even "Taking the F.U.D. out of FUDforum" (my personal favourite Laughing).

Yesterday I stumbled across this book with a chapter dedicated to FUDforum:

You may have been joking, but I actually believe it would be a good idea.

at any rate:From the Product Description, it sounds like it is just a collection of feature descriptions (ads) for free forums rather than a viable user's manual.
