Something is quite strange. These log entries make no sense. It's like they are computer generated or something. I have one completely irrelevant message on the board that gets an artificial and seemingly-automated quantity of hits. Take a look at this (the very last message)

The message has absolutely nothing to do with anything. It's a housekeeping message. Yet, it has 5,500 hits compared with 200 for its peers. Every day there are automated flies around this page. I bet the flies are more on this page than the login page.

What in God's name are these things?

PS: You may want to install a webserver log analysis tool or activate Google's Analytics to understand what's going on.

Do a grep for that page in the web server logs and see if it's always the same IP addresses accessing it or not, and check IP addresses here:
http://www.projecthoneypot.org/search_ip.php
It might tell you if it's known IP addresses used by fraudsters or spammers accessing it.

Also check referer logs for that page to see if it's linked from somewhere for some reason.
