If you are like me and had difficulty activating plugins, take heart, it's really pretty simple once you realize that the list of available plugins in the "Plugin Manager" are actually links to configuring them!!!
Yes it is just that easy yet I missed it several times!
Some like You Tube just need the block selected and the state changed, before rebuilding your themes but others like the wikilink plugin require you to enter http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/ to link tags to Wikipedia articles, or enter http://cvs.prohost.org/index.php/ to link tags to the FUDforum wiki. See http://cvs.prohost.org/index.php/Wikilinks.plugin for more information.
Others like the welcome_pm.plugin need the subject and body of the message filled in, still others need key codes or other information but everything you need is right there at the click of a mouse.
