Convert all "require" and "include" statements to "require_once" and "include_once" respectively to avoid collisions.
Particularly relevant for all calls to GLOBALS.php and to db.inc
On db.inc. Since reused multiple times, consider breaking off from templates (and associated multiple copies) and make into static file/class with a "require_once" call whenever needed to avoid collisions.
Provide option to disable "while (ob_get_level() > 0) ob_end_flush();" code that appears in msg.php and login.php for example.
This is to stop situation where output is sent to browser before it can be processed.
Add option to change index from index.php to config. I.E. make template variable, {ROOT}, configurable.
This needs to apply to "Return to Forum" link in admin as well.
