After upgrade to FUDforum 3.0.3RC1, the 1st account that came up for approval returns:
Quote:The requested URL /adm/admaccapr.php was not found on this server.
Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an Error Document to handle the request. When I go to approve it!
I am able to approve the account through the "User Manager Control panel", so far I have only encountered one incidence (only one new registration). Registrations worked normally before upgrade.

Alrighty then, that works! Had a bit of difficulty getting the files to match up but managed (I like it better when I can just download and upload a certain file, but this one I just rewrote the files contents.).
