FUDforum: How To » no images in my forum

The debugging info doesn't help. As I've said, it's not a FUDforum problem.

Figure out why it can show images like
http://www.expatinthephilippines.com/wp-content/gallery/diverse/philippines 2.jpg
but cannot show images like
http://ask.expatinthephilippines.com/theme/default/images/existing_content. png

Solve this problem and FUDforum will show the images.
