I know this is a long shot but is there any way to keep NNTP synced and properly threaded with a forum while importing posts via the API? The problem I'm running into is that I'm importing ~5 posts/second but FUD only assigns NNTP reply IDs when the NNTP.php script is run. So the majority of posts in NNTP are not getting threaded with NNTP.php running as an every minute cron job. Is there anyway around this to keep NNTP threaded properly while importing posts? Thanks.

I haven't tried it before, but all imported messages should have NNTP reply IDs. Newly posted FORUM messages won't immediately have reply IDs, but that is because we need to wait until the NNTP software assigns it an ID. It should probably be OK to run it simultaneously.
