Hello,
the creation of the install/upgrade script fails by the time argc/argv has been turned off in the php.ini. Turning it off isn't that unusual as it's recommended in php.ini for speeding up php if it's not needed.

The problem is, unless someone looks at the source of the script, it's not easy to find out, because the error message states that a wrong syntax for the command has been used. So someone may keep on trying to run the command, wondering about an error message despite the correct usage of the parameters Smile
