Okay I messed up, I inadvertaintly unlocked my files and now receive the following error.

Internal Server Error
The server encountered an internal error or misconfiguration and was unable to complete your request.

Please contact the server administrator, webmaster(at)theroadsite(dot)com and inform them of the time the error occurred, and anything you might have done that may have caused the error.

More information about this error may be available in the server error log.

Additionally, a 404 Not Found error was encountered while trying to use an ErrorDocument to handle the request.

Have you checked in the the server log.

You will probably have to 'chmod 644' all your files to fix it.

Alternatively, run admlock.php from command line:
$ php admlock.php lock adminUser password

Also suggest a close look at the folders as well. 777 isn't allowed on our server, yet 700 won't let the forum run properly

I have to manually change the folder and file perms via the host panel if i ever upgrade
