Hello All,
New to fudforum, installed a fudforum on our intranet and was wondering if it is possible to change the default display order of messages inside topics to display the newest posts first descending to the oldest posts.
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
Rustyknight

I believe Admin Control Panel> Forum Management System> Reorder All Forums by: Forum Name: [ Ascending - Descending ]
Description: [ Ascending - Descending ]
Creation Date: [ Ascending - Descending ]
You will find it in the lower right hand corner of the page.
"I'm a Witcher, I solve human problems; not always using a sword!"

Our FudForum is located at "C:\fudforum" your location may be different - if needed adjust instructions accordingly, Navigate to "C:\fudforum\src", Select file "msg.php.t"
1 ) Rename file "msg.php.t.OLD"
2 ) Open file "msg.php.t.OLD" (I used visual Studio, but any text editor should do.)
3 ) Select "edit-Find and Replace" from the menu
4 ) Fill the find box with "ASC", and the replace box with "DESC"
5 ) Select "Replace All"
6 ) Save the modified file as "msg.php.t"
7 ) Log into Fudforum as "ADMIN"
8 ) Select the "Administration" Link in the right side of the header.
9 ) Select the link "Theme Manager" under "Themes & Messages" in the left panel.
10 )Select "Rebuild all Themes" at the bottom of the central panel.
Messages should now be in descending order.....
