I'm trying to run the conversion script on my local windows machine to see what kind of results I would get with a forum I might convert.

Sadly I'm getting the following error report:

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of -1 seconds exceeded in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\test\fud\fudforum2\phpbb2.php on line 90

Fatal error: Maximum execution time of -1 seconds exceeded in c:\program files\apache group\apache\htdocs\test\fud\FUDforum\include\core.inc on line 20

I checked, and my execution time is set to 30 seconds, so beyond that I don't know what else to do. Any ideas would be gratefully received. Smile

Try modifying the script and set the timelimit to a high number like 100000.

I've used set_time_limit(10000) in the script to bumb it up at runtime, but it's still throwing back those same errors.

Try running the conversion script on the command line rather the via Apache.
