Hello,
Is it possible to do a mass mailling with templated features such as
Hello %name%,
Your account has the username %login%
etc....

No.
The reason being that the forum does not send individual e-mails, this would be very slow and kill servers where you have thousands of users. Instead the e-mail is sent in batches where 1 e-mail is addressed to 50 or so users. Meaning that customizing the e-mail on a per-user basis is not possible.

If needs must then I could just use the database to step through with mysql and php.
