I need help i need to run php file in browser or command-line using
windows scheduled task. if you know please help me.

Browsers do not run PHP code. They request a page from a web server
which then executes the PHP script and sends the output to the browser.
To run in a browser, you would have to start the browser, request the
page from the web server (which may be on the same machine) and display
the results.

You can also have PHP run from the command line, but it won't run in a
browser.

But this is the wrong place to ask about Windows scheduled tasks. Try a
Windows newsgroup.

Do you have a specific PHP-related problem or are you looking for a
tutorial on how to use the scheduler wizard?

As about the "browser", I'll assume you want a grabber to do some HTTP
stuff. You can write one in PHP or use wget for Windows:
