Browsers do not run PHP code. They request a page from a web server
which then executes the PHP script and sends the output to the browser.
To run in a browser, you would have to start the browser, request the
page from the web server (which may be on the same machine) and display
the results.

You can also have PHP run from the command line, but it won't run in a
browser.

But this is the wrong place to ask about Windows scheduled tasks. Try a
Windows newsgroup.
