This isn't a real good place to ask such questions. This newsgroup is
for programming in PHP, and few people have any experience with such
apps. Additionally, the best one for your needs may easily be written
in another language such as Java, Perl, Python, etc.
I don't have any specific suggestions as to where you should look, but I
would say you should be posting where social networking webmasters hang out.
Alternatively, find some sites with the features you like and ask them
what they're using.
